About us

At The Salad Lab, we like to keep things simple: fresh ingredients, honest flavours, and food that actually makes you feel good after you’ve eaten it. Tucked into the heart of Leigh-on-Sea, we’re a small team obsessed with quality, from the crispness of our greens to the balance in every dressing we make.

Our menu is built around the idea that healthy doesn’t have to be boring. You’ll find vibrant salads, warm bowls, and flavour-packed combinations that are made to order, not pre-decided. Whether you’re grabbing something quick between errands or settling in for a relaxed bite, everything is prepared with care and a bit of curiosity.
